Community Impact Grant

Community Grants may be awarded to local organizations to support their mission, supplement operating budgets, or help replace fundraising efforts. These grants are designed to strengthen organizations and initiatives that directly benefit the Iowa community.

Community grants are also available for Community Improvement Projects and are open to a wide range of applicants, including but not limited to individuals, businesses, churches, and government entities. Funding awarded for Community Improvement Projects will be reimbursed upon completion of the approved project.

Each year, one (1) Community Grant of up to $1,000 will be awarded to an eligible applicant from either category described above.

Iowa High School and Iowa Middle School Education Grant’s

Education Grants may be awarded to Iowa High School and Iowa Middle School organizations to support their mission, supplement operating budgets, or help replace fundraising efforts related to teams, clubs, educational programs, classroom initiatives, and equipment needs. These grants are designed to enhance learning opportunities and strengthen educational initiatives that directly benefit students in the Iowa community.

Each year, two (2) $1,000 Education Grants will be awarded — one to an eligible Iowa High School organization and one to an eligible Iowa Middle School organization.

J.I. Watson Elementary and LeBleu Settlement Elementary Education Grant’s

Education Grants are awarded to J.I. Watson Elementary and LeBleu Settlement Elementary to support their mission, supplement operating budgets, or help replace fundraising efforts related to teams, clubs, educational programs, classroom initiatives, and equipment needs. These grants are designed to enhance learning opportunities and strengthen educational initiatives that directly benefit students in the Iowa community.

Each year, two (2) $1,000 Education Grants will be awarded — one to J.I. Watson Elementary School and one to LeBleu Settlement Elementary School. No application is required, and funds are used at the discretion of each school’s administration.
